About the Authors
Alese and Morton Pechter are world-renowned photojournalists and authors who have been working as underwater photojournalists for over three decades. Active photographers, writers, teachers, divers and lecturers, they have met with many schoolchildren and library groups. They are members of the American Library Association (ALA), Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC), and North American Travel Journalists Association (NATJA).
